摘  要:目的总结食管癌根治术后并发症的预防及护理措施,减少并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析93例食管癌根治术患者的临床资料,加强对并发症的预防性观察及护理。结果通过术后密切观察、有针对性的综合预防干预措施的实施,并发症的发生率降低。结论严密观察食管癌患者术后各项体征,并对其进行有计划、有目的的护理干预措施,可降低或避免并发症的发生,提高患者生存质量。Objective To summarize postoperative complications and nursing measures of the esophageal cancer prevention,reduce the incidence of complications.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 93 cases of radical resection of esophageal cancer patients,strengthened preventive observation and nursing care of complications. Results By postoperative close observation,for the implementation of comprehensive prevention and intervention measures and complications occur rate was significantly reduced. Conclusion Close observation of patients with esophageal cancer after the signs and the were planned,the purpose of nursing intervention measures can reduce or avoid the complications and improve the life quality of the patients.
