护理干预对小儿消化性溃疡出血的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理干预对小儿消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法资料选取我院2014年2月～2015年2月收治的60例患儿，随机分成研究组和对照组，每组30例。对照组行常规护理，研究组在此基础上给予全面积极的护理干预，比较两组患儿的恢复效果。结果研究组和对照组患儿的治疗总有效率分别为90%（27/30）和70%（21/30），组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预对小儿消化性溃疡出血具有积极的临床意义，有助于患儿的症状改善和遵医行为，并提高家长对医疗知识的掌握程度。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of nursing intervention on children with peptic ulcer bleeding effect.MethodsThe data were selected in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015,and 60 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,30 cases in each group. Control group received routine nursing care,received overal positive nursing intervention group on the basis of the control,we compared postoperative recovery effect between the two groups of children.Results Study group and the control group with the treatment,the total effective rate were 90%（27/30）and 70%（21/30）respectively,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on children with peptic ulcer bleeding has positive clinical significance,help children with the symptoms and improve the compliance behavior,and improve parents mastery of medical knowledge.
