探讨护理干预对门诊鼻内镜检查患者效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对门诊鼻内镜检查患者效果的影响,总结干预经验。方法按照检查顺序,采用随机插入法,将患者分为常规组、干预组各411例,前者给予常规护理,后者给予个体化护理干预,对比相关指标。结果干预组1次诊断确诊率高于常规组,误诊率、患者有拖延行为率、检查后不良反应率低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊鼻内镜检查患者进行护理干预,有助于增进诊断效用。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on outpatient endoscopy patient outcomes summarize intervention experience.Methods According check sequence using random insertion method,the patients were divided into routine group,the intervention group,411 cases each, the former giving routine care,which give individualized nursing intervention,compared to relevant indicators.Results The intervention group 1 times higher than the conventional group confirmed diagnosis,misdiagnosis rate,patients with procrastination rate,the rate of adverse reactions after checking lower than conventional group,the difference was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Outpatient endoscopy nursing intervention patients,help improve the diagnostic utility.
