摘　　要：目的探讨夫妻同步护理干预对二期梅毒共患夫妻心理状态和生活质量的应响。方法根据首次来注射室治疗的先后顺序,将首次确诊的40对梅毒夫妻随机分为研究组和对照组各20对40人,对照组给与常规治疗和指导,研究组在此基础上实施夫妻同步护理干预,4周后用症状自评量表SCL-90和生活质量量表SF-36分别对两组患者的心理状态和生活质量进行测评,比较护理干预后效果。结果研究组SCL-90各因子评分和SF-36各维度评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论二期梅毒共患夫妻存在着不同程度的心理障碍和生活质量下降问题,实施夫妻同步护理干预可有效地改善患者的心理状态,提高生活质量。ObjectiveTo discuss the effect of synchronous nursing intervention of couple with two period syphilis on mental state and quality of life. MethodsForty couples with the first diagnosed two period syphilis were randomly divided into the study group and control group（20 couples in each group）according to the order of first treatmeat in our outpatient injection. The general treatmeat and nursing were given to the control group and the synchronized nursing of couple were provided for the study group. After 4 weeks,evaluation of two groups with mental health and quality of life by SCL-90 and SF-36,then compared the nursing effect.Results Study group as compared with control group,score of each factor of SCL-90 and each dimension of SF-36 were statistically different（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion There are varying degrees of mental block and lower quality of life in couple with two period syphilis. Synchronous nursing intervention of couple can improve the mental state and the quality of life of the patients.
