对我国医院图书馆经费紧张问题的省思

摘　　要：图书馆建设经费是医院图书馆得以稳定、健康发展的基础,但是出于期刊价格上涨、资金投入比例下降、资金来源渠道过于单一等多方面因素的影响,我国很多医院图书馆正面临着非常严峻的发展形势。因此,有必要分析我国医院图书馆经费紧张问题的深层次原因,拓宽经费融资渠道,提高经费利用效率,以促进我国医院图书馆的更好发展,发挥出更大的综合效益。Construction funds is the stable and healthy development foundation of hospital libraries,however,the impact of increasing price of medical journals,the proportion of investment funds fell,and the sources of funds is too simple and so on,more and more hospital libraries are facing a very grim development situation.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the deep-seated causes of the shortage of hospital library funding,broadening financing channels of funds,improving the efficiency of funds utilization,to promote a better development for hospital libraries,and play a greater overall efficiency.
