腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像诊断冠心病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病采用腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像诊断价值。方法选取疑诊冠心病患者50例,均为我院2013年5月～2015年5月收治,采用腺苷负荷试验心肌灌注显像诊断,并就结果与冠状动脉造影（CAG）比较。结果 CAG检查50例中冠状动脉正常23例,属阴性。异常27例,属阳性,共55支病变血管。腺苷显像结果 ：显像正常24例,显像异常26例,病变血管53支。两种检查方法无明显差异（P〉0.05）,且无严重不良反应。结论腺苷负荷试验与核素心肌灌注显像结合,在冠心病诊断中具较高安全性和准确性,临床价值较为显著,且简便可行,不良反应轻微。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging in diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Methods 50 cases of patients with suspected coronary artery disease,all of whom were admitted in our hospital form May 2013 to May 2015,were diagnosed with adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging,and the diagnosis results were compared with coronary angiography（CAG）.Results The CAG of the 50 cases showed that there were 23 cases with normal coronary arteries,which were of negative,27 abnormal cases,which were of positive,55 pathological vessels in total.The adenosine stress myocardial perfusion imaging results showed that there were 24 normal cases,26 abnormal cases,and 53 pathological vessels.There was no significant difference between the two checking methods（P〉0.05）,and there was no serious adverse reaction resulted from the two methods.Conclusion The adenosine stress test combined with myocardial perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease（CHD） is simple and feasible with high safety and accuracy,and its diagnostic value is significant,what is more,its adverse reaction is mild.
