摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压伴脑梗死患者动态血压特点及临床意义。方法选取我院2014年1～12月收治的86例老年高血压伴脑梗死患者,其中单纯高血压患者组46例,高血压伴随脑梗死组40例,对两组患者进行24 h动态血压监测,并记录患者相关的临床资料。结果单纯高血压组患者和高血压并发脑梗死组患者在昼夜舒张压和收缩压上对比差异不具有统计学意义,P〉0.05。两组患者夜间血压下降率比较具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 24 h动态血压的基本参数能够准确反映老年高血压伴脑梗死患者脑梗死的血压变化特点,对老年高血压患者发生脑梗死临床治疗具有重要价值。Objective To study the characteristics and clinical significance of ambulatory blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 86 cases of elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital at the time of 2014 January to December were chosen,among them there were 46 cases as simple hypertension group,40 cases of hypertension with cerebral infarction,24 h ambulatory blood pressure detection of the two groups were implemented,and the related clinical data of the patients were recorded.Results The comparison of the two groups＇ circadian diastolic and systolic blood pressure had no significant difference,P〉0.05.The comparison of the two groups＇ nocturnal blood pressure decline rates were statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion The 24 h basic parameters of ambulatory blood pressure can accurately reflect the variation of blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients with cerebral infarction,which has important value on clinical treatment for elderly hypertensive patients who develops cerebral infarction.
