经前期综合征患者应用舍曲林的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨舍曲林对经前期综合征患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院2012年1月～2014年12月收治的160例经前期综合征患者,分为治疗组和对照组各80例,对治疗组应用舍曲林治疗,对照组进行多塞平进行治疗,以月经周期为一个疗程,对比两组3个疗程结束后的治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组有效率97.5%,对照组有效率81.3%,两组患者的治疗总有效率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组在治疗期间均未发生不良反应,差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论舍曲林在治疗过程中能够更加明显的改善患者的症状,减轻患者的不适,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effects of Seculin on premenstrual syndrome patients.Methods 160 cases of our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 December were premenstrual syndrome patients,divided into treatment group and control group with 80 cases in each group,the treatment group used sertraline treatment,control group were treated with doxepin,menstrual cycles for a course of treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups 3 course after the end of treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 97.5%,control group was 81.3% efficiency,treatment of the two groups of patients with total efficiency was significant,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.In the two groups during treatment showed no adverse reaction,no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Sertraline can obviously improve the symptoms of patients in the course of treatment,relieve the discomfort of patients,with clinical application value.
