针刺配合火针放血治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的针刺配合火针放血治疗对下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果进行观察分析。方法选取2013年3月1日～2015年3月15日于我院收治的57例下肢静脉曲张患者进行分组治疗,随机分为观察组和对照组,为观察组患者提供火针放血治疗方式进行治疗,为对照组患者提供针刺配合火针治疗法进行治疗,观察比较两组的痊愈率和总有效率,总有效率=痊愈率＋好转率。结果观察组29例下肢静脉曲张患者经治疗总有效率为93.1%（27/29）,对照组28例下肢静脉曲张患者经治疗总有效率为96.42%（27/28）。结论两组总有效率差异不大,但对照组略好于观察组,针刺配合火针放血治疗能够在治疗下肢静脉曲张中获得较好疗效。Objective To cooperate with fire needle acupuncture bloodletting therapy for the treatment of lower extremity varicose veins effect observation analysis.Methods 57 cases of varicose veins patients admitted were chosen in March 1,2013 to March 15,2015 in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group,provide observation group of patients with fire needle bloodletting therapy treatment,provide control patients with acupuncture with fire needle therapy treatment,compare two groups of the cure rate and total effective rate,the total effective rate of recovery rate and the sum of the recovery.Results Observation group of 29 patients with varicose veins of lower limb after treatment the total effective rate was 93.1%（27/29）,the control group of 28 patients with lower extremity varicose veins after treatment the total effective rate was 96.42%（27/28）.Conclusion Two group total effective rate difference is not big,but the control group was slightly better in the observation group,with fire needle acupuncture bloodletting therapy can achieve good curative effect in treatment of lower extremity varicose veins.
