摘　　要：目的对于慢性肾衰患者血液透析治疗当中临床综合护理的效果进行观察和研究。方法选取我院2014年4月～2015年3月收治的100例慢性肾衰患者分为成观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用临床综合护理办法,对照组则运用传统的护理方法,观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理效果优于于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对慢性肾衰患者血液透析采用整体化综合护理,使患者的住院时间大大缩短且患者及其家属对护理的满意度较高。Objective To observe and study the effect of comprehensive nursing in hemodialysis for patients with chronic renal failure.Methods 100 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in observation group and control group in April 2014 to March 2015.The observation group used the clinical comprehensive nursing method,while the control group used the traditional nursing method,observed and compared the nursing effect of the two groups of patients.Results The nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The overall nursing of hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure,the length of hospital stay and the satisfaction of patients and their families to nursing is higher.It should be popularized and applied in clinical nursing.
