探讨护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析呼吸内科重症患者接受护理干预的临床病情改善情况。方法根据2012～2014年我院接收的80例重症患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和实验组,对照组使用常规护理,实验组使用人性化护理。比较分析两组患者的并发症情况,护理满意度等。结果实验组患者的并发症发生率比对照组低,患者的满意度比对照组高,两组结果存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论呼吸内科重症患者接受人性化护理能够对其并发症几率下降有很大的帮助,护患关系比较和谐,护理效果比较优秀。Objective To study the clinical condition of nursing intervention for severe patients in respiratory department of internal medicine.Methods According to the 2012 to 2014 admitted in our hospital 80 cases of patients with severe to research and analysis,these patients were grouped into control group and experimental group and the control group used routine nursing,the experimental group using humanized nursing.The complications of the two groups were compared,nursing satisfaction.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the patients＇ satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The respiratory department of internal medicine severe patients receiving humanized nursing can have a great help to the complication probability,the nurse patient relationship is more harmonious,the nursing effect is better.
