摘 要:利用632.8 nm连续激光辐照以KAI-1020型IT-CCD为图像传感器的Basler piA1000-48 gm相机,观察了CCD相机输出视频中通过光斑中心区域贯穿整个画面的均匀串扰线现象。实验发现,当成倍改变相机的积分时间时,与光斑及环境杂光亮度产生明显变化不同,串扰线宽度及亮度几乎不变。通过对IT-CCD激光光斑均匀串扰线产生机制的进一步分析,对串扰线强度与积分时间的无关性进行了解释。A Basler piA1000-48 gm camera with an image sensor of KAI-1020 IT-CCD was irradiated by a 632.8 nm CW laser, and we observed in the video of the camera a crosstalk line through the laser spot and throughout the whole image. We investigated the crosstalk exper- imentally and found that, when the integration time of the IT-CCD is altered doubly, the brightness of laser spot and ,;tray light spots changes obviously, but the width and brightness of the crosstalk line almost remains unchanged. We further analyzed the relation of the integration time with the intensity of the crosstalk, and discussed the main cause for the independence of the integration time on the crosstalk intensity.
