摘　　要：护士长是医院最基层的护理管理者,护理管理的好坏直接影响着医院的护理质量,而护理管理的好坏直接由护士长自身的能力和素质决定。因此,要想提高护理管理的质量,就必须要求护士长具备全面的业务技能和良好的职业素质。本文结合笔者多年经验,谈一谈护士长应当具备哪些素质。The head nurse is the most grass-roots hospital nursing management,nursing management directly influences the quality of carein hospital,nursing management directly by the nurse determines its ownability and quality.Therefore,to improve the quality of nursingmanagement,we must demand the head nurses with comprehensive business skills and good occupation quality.This article unifies the author many year experience,talk about a nurse should have what qualities.
