男性尿道人乳头状瘤病毒感染调查与基因亚型分析

摘　　要：目的：调查小榄地区男性尿道人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）感染及其基因亚型分析，为 HPV感染分子流行病学提供依据。方法采集2012年8月－2013年9月小榄地区疑似 H PV感染的350例男性患者尿道分泌物标本，采用凯普导流杂交HPV‐DNA检测法进行21种 HPV亚型检测。结果350例男性患者送检标本中有131例检测 HPV阳性，感染率为37．43％，共检测出19种HPV亚型，其中高危型占33．59％、中危型占9．16％、低危型占57．25％，HPV感染的高峰年龄为21～40岁，占90．84％，31～40岁年龄段患者 HPV高危型与低危感染率差异无统计学意义，HPV 感染基因亚型主要为11、6、16和 CPA8304，检出频率分别42．75％、41．98％、13．74％和9．16％。结论小榄地区男性尿道H PV高危型感染较严重，感染好发于青中年男性，高危型感染常合并中危型或低危型感染，这对小榄地区H PV分子流行病学的研究具有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection situation and subtype distribution of human papilloma virus （HPV） in male subjects in Xiao Lan region so as to provide references for HPV infection molecular epidemiology . METHODS The urethral secretion samples of 350 cases of male patients who were suspected to be infected by HPV from Aug .2012 to Sep .2013 were collected and twenty‐one Human Papilloma virus （HPV） subtypes were ana‐lyzed by flow‐through hybridization and gene chip （HybriMax） .RESULTS Among the samples of 350 cases ,131 cases were positive .The infection rate was 37 .43% .A total of 19 subtypes were detected ,including types of high risk （33 .59% ） ,types of medium risk （9 .16% ） and types of low risk （57 .25% ） .Among the HPV subtypes , type11 ,6 ,16 ,and CP8304 were the main subtypes .The composition rate was 90 .84% in 21~40 years .The infec‐tion rate was not distinct between high‐danger subtypes and low‐danger subtypes in 31~40 years .CONCLUSION The results shown that the males in Xiao Lan region had a higher HPV infection rate ,especially those of middle‐aged . And the type of high risk infection is usually combined with medium risk type or low risk type .The study may be helpful to the research of molecule epidemiology on HPV infection in Xiao Lan region .
