摘 要:目的探讨3种方式清洗外来器械与手术患者术后医院感染之间的关系,以提高灭菌效果。方法回顾性分析2010年2月-2013年2月需手术的患者,每年采取一种方法进行清洗,分别为供应商清洗组、直接上机洗组和预洗+酶洗+机洗组,比较3组患者之间术后感染率的差异。结果供应商清洗组医院感染率为3.07%,直接上机洗医院感染率为1.77%,预洗+酶洗+机洗医院感染率为0.74%,供应商清洗与直接上机洗、直接上机洗与预洗+酶洗+机洗、预洗+酶洗+机洗与供应商清洗医院感染率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预洗+酶洗+机洗可降低患者术后医院感染发生率,提高清洗质量,确保灭菌的效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between the three cleaning methods for external instruments and postoperative nosocomial infections in surgical patients in order to improve the sterile effect .METHODS A ret‐rospective analysis was conducted on surgical patients in Feb .2010 to Feb .2013 .Each year a cleaning method was chosen for the surgical instruments and three groups were divided ,namely ,the group of cleaning by suppli‐ers ,the group of directly washing by machine and the group of pre‐washing+enzyme washing+machine washing . The postoperative infection rates between the groups were compared .RESULTS The nosocomial hospital infection rate was 3 .07% for cleaning by suppliers ,1 .77% for directly washing by machine ,and 0 .74% for pre‐washing+enzyme washing+machine washing .The difference in the incidence of nosocomial infections was significant (P〈0 .05) .CONCLUSION The pre‐washing+enzyme washing+machine washing can reduce the incidence of postoper‐ative nosocomial infections and improve the quality of cleaning to ensure the effectiveness of sterilization .
