摘  要:目的研究长春地区20~89岁健康女性25-羟基维生素D,[25(OH)D,]水平与不同地理纬度国家、地区女性的差异及其影响因素,并探讨25(OH)D,水平与骨密度(BMD)的相关.性。方法选取2013年12月-2014年12月长春地区2067例20~89岁健康体检女性的血清标本,按10岁为1个年龄段进行分组,采用德国Roche公司COBASE601电化学发光分析仪检测血清25(OH)D,水平,采用美国Hologic公司DiscoveryWA型骨密度仪检测腰椎BMD。结果长春地区女性血清25(OH)D,水平低于上海、广州、贵阳、岳阳市健康女性,低于白俄罗斯、波兰、乌克兰、匈牙利、西班牙健康女性。长春地区健康女性25(OH)D3缺乏1458例(70.54%),25(on)D3不足486例(23.51%),25(oH)D,充足123例(5.95%)。女性25(OH)D,水平与BMD呈正相关,与年龄呈负相关。结论地理纬度、日照时数是影响维生素D合成的因素,维生素D缺乏是骨质疏松的危险因素。Objective:To research the differences of 25(OH) D3 levels between 20-89-year-old healthy women in Changchun and women in different geographical latitudes regions and the influencing factors,explore the correlation between 25(OH) D3 levels and bone mineral density(BMD).Methods:The serum specimens of 2 067 women aged 20-89 years old receiving healthy physical examination in Changchun region from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected and divided into different age group based on 10-year segment as an age group.Roche COBAS E601 ECL analyzer(German company) was used to detect serum levels of 25(OH) D3; bone mineral density detector(Hologic Discovery-WA,USA) was used to detect BMD of lumbar vertebra.Results:Serum 25(OH) D3 level in the healthy women in Changchun region was lower than those in Shanghai,Guangzhou,Guiyang,and Yueyang; which was also lower than those in belorussians,Polish,Ukrainians,Hungarians,and Spanish.25(OH) D3 lack was found in 1 458 healthy women in Changchun region(70.54%),25(OH) D3 deficiency was found in 486 healthy women(23.51%); 25(OH) D3 was enough in 123 healthy women(5.95%).25(OH) D3 level in healthy women was positively correlated with BMD,but it was negatively correlated with age.Conclusion:Geographical latitude and sunshine time are influencing factors of vitamin D synthesis,vitamin D deficiency is one of the risk factors of osteoporosis.
