不孕症患者希望水平与社会支持的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨不孕症患者希望水平与社会支持状况及其两者的相关性。方法 选择2014年4-5月在唐山市妇幼保健院就诊的不孕症患者200名,应用中文版Herth量表、社会支持评定量表和患者一般情况调查表进行问卷调查。结果 不孕症患者希望总体得分为（36.35±5.45）分,52.0%为高等水平,42.5%为中等水平,5.5%为低等水平;年龄〈30岁、文化程度为大学及以上。不孕年限〈3年和目前采取的治疗方案为人工授精患者的希望水平较高（P〈0.05）。不孕症患者社会支持总分为（45.19±7.48）分,客观支持得分为（10.52±3.85）分,主观支持得分为（27.25±4.81）分,对支持的利用度得分为（7.43±2.01）分;年龄〈30岁、文化程度为大学及以上和在职的不孕患者社会支持水平较高（P〈0.05）。患者的希望得分与社会支持得分呈显著正相关（P〈0.01）。结论 不孕症患者的希望总体水平和社会支持水平较高,拥有较高社会支持的患者其希望水平较高。Objective：To explore expectation level of infertile patients and social support and the intercorrelation.Methods：Two hundred infertile patients were selected from Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from April to May in 2014,Herth Scale（Chinese version）,Social Support Rating Scale,and general situation questionnaire were used to survey the patients.Results：The total score of expectation level in patients with infertility was（36.35±5.45）,52.0% of the patients were in a high level,42.5% of the patients were in a middle level,and 5.5% of the patients were in a low level; all the patients were under 30 years old,and the educational level was college and above education degree.The expectation levels of patients with duration time of infertility less than 3 years and adopting artificial insemination were higher（P〈0.05）.The total score of social support in patients with infertility was（45.19±7.48）,the scores of objective support and subjective support were（10.52±3.85） and（27.25 ±4.81）; the score of utilization of social support was（7.43 ±2.01）; the social support levels of patients under 30 years old,with college and above education degree,and on-the-job patients were higher（P〈0.05）.The score of expectation was significantly positively correlated with the total score of social support（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：For the infertile patients,the overall level of expectation and social support are relatively high,the patients with higher social support have higher expectation level.
