摘 要:采用CFD软件Ansys flotran对不同结构参数的微孔阵列式空气静压径向轴承进行全参数三维实体建模,分析微孔阵列式节流器的微孔个数、节流器微孔直径、平均半径间隙以及节流器轴向位置对空气静压径向轴承静态特性的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,增加节流器微孔个数能显著提高轴承承载力和刚度;当平均半径间隙一定时,减小节流微孔直径可以提高轴承承载力和刚度;存在最佳的平均半径间隙使得轴承的承载力最大,轴承刚度则随平均半径间隙的减小而增大;存在最佳的节流器轴向位置使得轴承承载力和刚度最大。利用上述结论可实现微孔阵列式径向轴承的结构参数优化。With the help of the CFD software Ansys flotran, the three-dimensional model of micro orifice array aerostatic radical bearings with different structure was set up.The effects on the static characteristics of aerostatic radial bearings were studied by the number and diameter of the micro orifice, the average radius clearance, and the axial location of restrictor. The results show that the bearing capacity and stiffness of the bearings are significantly increased with the increasing of the number of micro orifice within a certain range.At given average radius clearance,the bearing capacity and stiffness can be increased by reducing the diameter of micro orifice.There exits the best average radius clearance to make the bearing ca- pacity the largest ,while the stiffness of the bearing is decreased along with the increasing of the average radius clearance. There exits the best axial position of restrictor to make the bearing capacity and stiffness of the bearing the largest.The sim- ulation results can serve to implement the structure optimization of aerostatic radial bearing.
