摘 要:航天器在轨推进液加注使用的常规金属材料球锥密封面加注管接头,在太空环境以及大的接触应力条件下长期重复使用,磨损严重,且易发生冷焊,导致密封失效。采用陶瓷涂层和陶瓷镶块对加注管接头进行改进,对陶瓷复合加注管接头抗磨和密封性能进行实验测试,并与金属材料加注管接头进行比较。结果表明,采用陶瓷涂层和陶瓷镶块明显提升了加注管接头重复使用下的耐磨性和密封性,提升了加注管接头的使用次数。陶瓷镶块方案充分利用了陶瓷的硬度和耐磨性能,再加上接触面间采用不同材质避免了黏着磨损,密封效果最佳。Conventional metal pipe joint with sphere-conical sealing surface ,which is used in spacecraft propulsion liq- uid filling on-orbit, wears seriously and is easily prone to cold welding under the condition of space environment and large contact stress ,resulting in seal failure.The spacecraft filler pipe joint surface was improved by using ceramic coating and ceramic insert.The anti-wear and seal performance of ceramic composite filler pipe joint was studied by experiments, and compared with that of metal material pipe joint.The results show that ceramic materials promote the anti-wear and seal per- formance of the reusable filler pipe joint, and increase the usage count of filler pipe joint.The improvement scheme of ce- ramic insert takes full advantage of the hardness and anti-wear of the ceramics, which also can avoid the adhesive wear due to the use of different material in the contact interfaces, thus the sealing effect of improvement scheme of ceramic insert is best.
