摘 要:探讨精梳机落棉隔距对棉网均匀度的影响。在HC500型精梳机其他工艺参数不变的条件下,当落棉隔距分别为8mm、9mm、10mm、11mm时,利用切断称重法分别得到了分离丛的纤维重量分布曲线及分离罗拉输出棉网重量分布曲线,并计算分析了输出棉网的重量CV值。结果表明,增大落棉隔距,使分离罗拉输出的棉网重量分布的极差值、CV值增大,对改善输出棉网的均匀度不利,采用较小的落棉隔距有利于提高输出棉网的均匀度。认为,落棉隔距增大时,应适当调整分离搭接刻度,以减小分离丛重量CV值,提高精梳机输出棉网质量。Influence of comber noil gauge on web uniformity was discussed. When comber noil gauge were8 ram, 9 ram, 10 mm and 11 mm respectively, fiber weight distribution curve of separation cluster and that of out-put cotton web from separation rollers were obtained by cut and weight method under conditions of same technol-ogy parameters in HC500 comber. Weight CV value of output web was calculated and analyzed. The test resultsshow that range value and CV value of web weight distribution outputted from separation rollers are increasedwhen comber noil gauge is increased. It is bad for the improvement of output web uniformity. Adopting smallercomber noil gauge is beneficial to improve output web uniformity. It is considered that separation and joint scaleshould be suitably adjusted to reduce weight CV value of separation cluster when noil gauge is increased. There-fore, the quality of output web from combing machine is improved.
