摘 要:探讨低温等离子体预处理和壳聚糖水性聚氨酯共混整理对棉织物白度、折皱回复性和透湿性的影响。分析了共混乳液成膜后的红外光谱图,将水性聚氨酯与壳聚糖以不同比例共混后整理到经等离子体预处理与未经等离子体预处理的棉织物上,测试了各织物的白度、折皱回复角和透湿率。结果发现:共混膜同时具有聚氨酯与壳聚糖的特征基团并产生新的特征峰;随着整理液中壳聚糖含量的增加,织物白度下降,折皱回复角下降,透湿率增加;采用等离子体处理后织物白度增加,折皱回复角下降,透湿率增加。认为壳聚糖水性聚氨酯共混比例和等离子体预处理均对整理出的棉织物性能有影响。Influence of plasma pre-treatment at lower temperature and ehitosan waterborne polyurethaneblended finishing on cotton fabric whiteness, crease recovery and moisture permeability was discussed. Infraredspectrogram blended emulsion after film forming was analyzed. After waterborne polyurethane and chitosan wereblended at different ratios,it was used for the finishing of cotton fabrics both after plasma pre-treatment and without plasma pre treatment. Whiteness,crease recovery angle and moisture permeability of each fhbrie were tested.The test results show that blended film has characteristic groups of both polyurethane and chitosan, new charac-teristic peak is generated. As the increase of chitosan content in finishing liquid, fabric whiteness is decreased,crease recovery angle becomes smaller and moisture permeability is added. After plasma treatment, fabric whiteness is enhanced, crease recovery angle is decreased and moisture permeability is increased. It is considered thatblending ratio of chitosan with waterborne polyurethane and pre treatment with plasma has effect on the properties of cotton fabric.
