摘 要:探讨INNOVA花式捻线机纺结子纱的工艺。通过工艺试验,分析了捻度、超喂比及停顿长度对结子纱结子大小、形态及手感的影响,并通过正交试验分析了各参数的影响程度。结果表明:捻度增大,结子大小呈二次多项式规律变小,手感变硬,形态稳定。结子长度随捻度增大逐渐变小,超过550捻/m以后基本无变化;超喂比增大,结子大小呈线性增大趋势,手感变软,形态变乱。结子长度在超喂比小于1时,随超喂比增大而减小,当超喂比大于1后基本变化不大;停顿长度增加,结子大小呈线性增大趋势,而手感和形态无明显变化。结子长度先随停顿长度增加而增大,超过一定范围后趋向定值。对结子大小,捻度影响最大,超喂比影响次之,停顿长度影响最小;对结子手感,捻度影响最显著,其次是超喂比,而停顿长度无影响。认为:在实际生产中,可以利用上述纺纱参数的影响规律根据需要合理配置纺纱工艺。Knot yarn spinning processing on INNOVA Fancy Twister was discussed. By trails,the influence of twist,over feeding ratio and pause length on knot size,knot form and hand feeling of knot yarn were analyzed. Orthogonal test was used to analyze the effect degree of each parameter. The test results show that knot size is decreased with quadratic polynomials rule as the increase of twist the hand feeling becomes harder and knot form is stable. Knot length is declined as the increase of twist. Basically,Knot length shows no change after twist is big- ger than 550 counts/m. Knot size is increased linearly with the increase of over feeding ratio, hand feeling becomes softer and knot form changes to disorder. Knot length is decreased as the increase of over feeding ratio when the over feeding ratio is smaller than one,knot length shows no change when over feeding ratio is larger than one. When pause length is enlarged,knot size shows a linear increasing trend while there is no obvious change on hand feeling and knot form. Knot length is firstly enlarged as the increase of pause length then it turns to constant value after over certain range. Knot size is mostly affected by twist,the effect of over feeding ratio is smaller and the effect of pause length is the smallest. For knot hand feeling,the influence of twist is the most obvious,then is the over feeding ratio, pause length has no effect on it. It is considered that spinning processing can be reasonably con- figured based on requirement according to the above effect principle of spinning parameters in practical produc- tion.
