摘　　要：探讨金麦丝棉维劳夫特混纺面料的开发要点。介绍了金麦丝、维劳夫特和棉纤维的性能特点。通过确定混纺比例、织物结构,针对生产过程中的技术难点采取措施,优化配置工艺,顺利开发出金麦丝/棉/维劳夫特50/25/25 14.7/14.7 551.0/307.0 264.0缎条混纺面料,经检测产品质量符合开发要求。认为:企业产品开发应结合生产实际,走原料使用创新、工艺创新和设计创新之路。Development key points of Kingmicel Viloft blended fabric were discussed. The properties of Kingmicel, Viloft and cotton were introduced. Kingmieel/eotton/Viloft 50/25/25 14.7/14. 7 551.0/307.0 264.0 satin stripe blended fabric was successfully developed by determining blending ratio and fabric texture, adopting measures aimed at technology difficulties in production optimizing and configuring process. Its quality can be satisfied the development requirement after testing. It is considered that product development in enterprises should combine manufacture reality by the way of raw material using innovation, processing innovation and design innovation.
