摘 要:介绍一种粘贴式棉纤维主体长度测试仪器及相关测试方法。阐述了该仪器的结构、工作原理和关键技术。经实际对比测试,说明其纤维主体长度检测结果与人工手扯和HVI检测结果具有良好的线性相关关系,数据稳定可靠。认为:该仪器可有效减轻人工操作的劳动强度,有利于消除因人工操作熟练程度差异以及长时间操作疲劳引起的测试误差,可缩短测试时间,提高测试效率,较好地替代人工手扯长度检测。该仪器操作方便、价格合理,易于大批量、连续开展作业,适合在部分检测机构、中小型纺织和仓储贸易企业中推广使用。A paste type cotton fiber modal length tester and related test methods were introduced. The struc ture, work principle and key technology of the device were introduced. After practical comparison and analysis, it shows there is a better linear relation between modal length test results obtained using from the device with hand- drawing and HVI test. The test data is stable and reliable. It is considered that the device can efficiently reduce the labor intensity of operators. It is beneficial to eliminate the test tolerance caused by skill level difference of operators and fatigue after long time operation. The test time can be reduced and test efficiency can be improved. It can he used to replace hand drawing length test. The operation is convenient with a reasonable price. It is better for the mass and continuous work and is suitable for the promotion in testing companies, smaller and medium-sized textile companies, storage and trading.
