P22浆料在高比例涤棉品种无PVA上浆中的应用

摘　　要：探讨P22浆料在高比例涤棉品种上的应用效果。介绍了P22浆料的结构特点,分析了P22浆料对涤纶的黏附性、黏度热稳定性和浆膜性能,并在高比例涤棉品种上进行了上浆实践。结果表明:P22与淀粉有较好的混溶性,混合浆液热稳定性好,调浆方便,P22对聚酯纤维具有很好的黏附性,所浆纱线在高速喷气织机上织造开口清晰,浆纱耐磨性好,断经少,织造过程中没有出现棉球,织机效率有所提高。认为P22浆料应用于高比例涤棉产品取代PVA上浆是可行的。Application effect of P22 sizing mixture in high proportion polyester cotton product was dis cussed. Structure properties of P22 were introduced. The adhesion ability,viscosity thermal stability and size film property of P22 size mixture on polyester were analyzed. Sizing practice was implemented on high proportion pol yester cotton product. The test results show that P22 has better miscibility with starch. The thermal stability of blended sizing is better. The mixing is convenient. Adhesion ability P22 is better to polyester fibers. Opening during weaving is clear in high-speed air-jet loom. The abrasion resistance of sized yarn is improved. The quantity of broken warp is less. There is no cotton ball shown in weaving process. The loom efficiency is slightly increased. It is considered that it is feasible to use P22 on high proportion polyester cotton product to replace PVA.
