中意风力发电领域合作潜力分析与研究

摘　　要：凭借丰富的风能资源和政策支持,意大利近年来风力发电发展迅速。意大利风电发展规划明确,风电在其未来能源框架中扮演着重要角色,发展潜力巨大。中国风资源利用规模不断扩大,风电设备制造技术显著提升,海上风电有了实质性发展,中意两国在风电领域有着广阔的合作空间。在介绍意大利风电行业发展现状、规划和监管体制的基础上讨论意大利风电相关政策,分析中意两国风电企业合作现状,阐述两国风电领域的合作潜力。Being abundant in wind power, Italian wind power industry has developed rapidly in recent years with the sup- port of renewable energy policies. Italy has clear planning for wind power, which will play an important role in its future en- ergy framework and have a great potential for development. Meanwhile, utilization of wind resource in China has been ex- panding throughout recent years. Technical strength of wind power equipment designing and manufacturing has been en- hanced significantly. The research and development of large capacity wind turbine proceeds in an orderly way. Chinese off- shore wind power has also made essential progress. Italy and China have a broad space for cooperation in the field of wind power. Both present situation and future planning of Italian wind power industry are introduced in this paper. Electric power regulatory system and wind power incentives are also presented. Current situation of China - Italy wind power cooperation and successful ways of business are analyzed. It comes to the conclusion that there are great cooperation potential in the field of wind power between these two countries.
