摘　　要：从多集群协同的视角出发阐述文化产业园区间协同创新的机理,分析文化产业园区协同创新能力的内涵,并据此设计出包括4个一级指标、12个二级指标和33个三级指标的评价指标体系,构建文化产业园区协同创新能力的DHNN评价模型,阐述该评价模型的具体应用步骤。From the perspective of inter - cluster collaboration, we describe the mechanism of inter - regional collaborative innovation mechanism, analyze the connotation of cultural industry collaborative innovation capability, and accordingly de- sign an evaluation index system including four -level indicators, 12 secondary indicators and 33 three indicators. Mean- while, we construct the collaborative innovation capability evolution model of the cultural industry parks based on the relevant theories of DHNN and elaborate the specific application steps of the evaluation model.
