摘　　要：数字城市建设是城市信息化发展的战略任务,而构建数字城市建设绩效评价指标体系是衡量数字城市建设水平的关键。在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,根据指标体系构建原则,从城市数字化基础设施、信息化产业发展水平、电子政务发展、城市经济经济发展水平以及民生事业信息化5个维度构建数字城市建设绩效评价指标体系,运用直觉模糊集原理构建数字城市绩效评价模型并展开实例研究,为评判某区域的数字城市建设程度提供参考。Digital City Construction is the strategic task of urban development of information technology, and building digit- al city construction＇ s assessment system is the key to measure the performance of digital city construction. Thus, this arti- cle based on the status of research and principle of index system construction, tries to build a digital city building perform- ance evaluation system from five dimensions： the city infrastructure, the level of information technology industry, the devel- opment of e - government, the level of economic development and urban economic livelihood. The paper uses the theory of intuitionistic fuzzy set to construct performance evaluation mode, then carries out the empirical research. The research can help to evaluate digital city construction and development.
