摘 要:随着全球能源供应紧张,环境问题日益突出,世界各国都非常重视利用具备可再生、无污染、能量大、前景广等特点的风能,世界风电产业因之迅速发展并经历了由迅速壮大到调整升级的过程。详细分析世界风电产业发展态势与中国产业地位,深入探讨宁夏风电产业发展态势,利用头脑风暴法分析宁夏风电产业市场需求、产业目标与研发需求,绘制产业技术路线图,提出促进宁夏风电产业发展的对策。With the global energy shortage, environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, and all coun- tries in the world attach great importance to using the wind power with renewable , pollution - free, high energy and wide prospects features. Because of this, the wind power industry in the world developed rapidly, and had experienced the process from rapid growth to the tune of upgrade. This paper drew up a detailed analysis of world wind power industry de- velopment situation, carried out an in - depth analysis of Ningxia wind power industry development trend, then analyzed the Ningxia wind power industry market demand, industry target, technical barriers and research and development needs by brainstorming, drew the industry technology roadmap, and put forward policy to promote the wind power industry develop- ment in Ningxia.
