摘　　要：科学技术作为第一生产力在促进国民经济增长的过程中至关重要,随着以科技金融、科技咨询为代表的新兴科技服务不断发展,科技发展得以较快进行。在2014年国务院常务会议上,长江经济带战略被提升到国家战略层面,针对长江经济带区域科技金融发展效率评价意义重大。选取2009—2012年面板数据运用DEAMalmquist指数法对长江经济带11个省市样本科技金融效率进行综合评价,并据此提出相关发展建议,为长江经济带区域科技金融发展提供一定借鉴。As the first productive force, the science and technology plays a crucial role in the process of promoting national economic growth. With the continuous development of science and finance and technology consulting, which is regarded as the emerging science and technology service, technology development is developing relatively fast. In the 2014 State Coun- cil executive meeting, the Yangtze River Economic Zone strategy is raised to the national strategic level, so it is significant to evaluate the efficiency of the Yangtze River economy of the regional development of science and technology and fi- nance. The paper, which takes 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River as research samples, selects the 2009 -2012 panel data, uses the DEA - Mahnquist index method to evaluate the science and technology financial efficiency of the sam- pies, and puts forward relevant suggestions for development, providing a reference for the science and technology and finance develooment of economy of the Yanmze River.
