摘  要:目的了解近年来义乌市虫媒传染病流行情况,为虫媒传染病防治提供对策。方法检索2005-2013年中国疾病预防控制信息系统中义乌市的虫媒传染病资料,采用流行病学方法分析虫媒传染病特点。结果义乌市2005-2013年虫媒介传染病年平均发病率3.02/10万,2009年最高达11.82/10万,2009年后发病率呈下降趋势,2012年达到8年来最低点,发病率为1.17/10万,2013年有所升高。2005-2013年间各月均率分布7-10月份最多,占总病例数的74.85%,发病率最高的镇街是义亭镇,平均发病率为22.30/10万,其次是稠城,平均发病率为3.59/10万;男性比女性发病率高,为3.68/10万;职业以农民、商业服务和民工为主,分别占总发病数的39.47%、24.13%和15.75%。结论义乌市虫媒传染病发病率在2009年登革热暴发后总体呈下降趋势,但不可掉以轻心,应强化虫媒生物监测与控制,预防虫媒传染病。Objective The aim of this study was to find out the prevalence of vector-borne infectious diseases and provide prevention countermeasures for the vector-borne infectious diseases in Yiwu. Methods Data about vector-borne infectious diseases were collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention from 2005 to 2013. Descriptive epidemiological analysis were used to analyze the characteristics of vector-borne infectious diseases. Results The average annual incidence of insect vector-borne infectious diseases was 3.02/lakh in Yiwu from 2005 to 2013. The peak incidence was 11.82 per 10 million in 2009. The incidence then decreased gradually, and was lowest in 2012 with the incidence of 1.172/lakh. The incidence then rebounded in 2013. The higher average monthly incidence were 7-10 months, constituting 74.85% of the total number of cases. The highest incidence in all towns was 22.30/lakh in Yiting, followed by 3.59/lakh in Choucheng. The incidence was higher in men (3.68/lakh) than that in women. Migrant laborers, business services and factory workers were high-risk occupational groups, constituting 39.47%, 24.13% and 15.75%. Conclusion In Yiwu, the incidence of vector-borne infectious diseases showed an overall downward trend after an outbreak of dengue fever in 2009. But the situation should not be taken for granted. The monitoring and control of vector-borne organisms should be strengthened for the prevention of insect-borne diseases.
