摘  要:目的了解佛山市孕妇唐氏综合症产前筛查服务利用情况及相关影响因素。方法 2013年4-7月对佛山市47家助产机构1 100名孕妇进行问卷调查,采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归对相关影响因素进行分析。结果调查孕妇对唐氏综合症的知晓率为88.24%;唐氏综合症产前筛查的知晓率为88.05%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示影响唐氏综合症产前筛查服务利用的因素有唐氏综合症产前筛查的认知、医生是否建议、唐氏综合症产前筛查时间回答是否正确、是否报销、职业等;影响唐氏综合症产前筛查服务利用意愿的因素有医生是否建议、文化程度、户籍等。结论重视医生对孕妇的宣教,提高孕妇对唐氏综合症产前筛查相关知识的认知水平,将产前筛查服务纳入医疗保障体系有利于提高唐氏综合症产前筛查服务的利用。Objective This study aimed to explore the influencing factors of prenatal screening service utilization for Down's Syndrome in FoShan. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1100 pregnant women in 47 maternal hospitals from April 2013 to June 2013. The data was analyzed by Chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis. Results The Down's Syndrome awareness rate was 88.24%. The prenatal screening awareness rate for Down's Syndrome was 88.05%. The influencing factors of prenatal screening service utilization for Down's Syndrome were as follows: the knowledge of prenatal screening for Down's Syndrome, doctors' advices, the awareness of pregnant women about when to take the screen, expense and occupation, while the desiderative factors that influence the prenatal screening service utilization for Down's Syndrome were doctors' advices, education and registered permanent residence. Conclusion Improvement should focus on the education to the pregnant women to improve their acknowledge of prenatal screening for Down's Syndrome. The prenatal screening service should be put into the medical insurance system to enhance the service utilization for reducing the cases of Down's Syndrome.
