浙江省诸暨市首例输入性登革热疫情调查报告

摘　　要：目的查明一起输入性登革热疫情原因。方法对病例开展流行病学调查,对病例血清进行登革热抗体快速检测和PCR核酸检测。结果患者在柬埔寨务工回国后,出现登革热症状,血样检测登革热病毒核酸阳性、Ig M抗体阳性;疫情发生后,诸暨市迅速启动《诸暨市突发公共卫生事件登革热疫情应急处置预案》,患者经住院隔离治疗后1周痊愈出院;对患者居住地开展以灭蚊为主的群众性爱国卫生活动,10月24日蚊幼指数监测结果 BI(布雷图指数)为2,属于安全范围;全市各医疗单位加强对发热病例的检测,在1个最长潜伏期内无二代病例发生,疫情得到控制。结论此起疫情为输入性登革热疫情,应加强对医务人员登革热防治知识的培训,早期发现病人,及时隔离治疗;加强外环境整治及蚊媒的监测,防止输入性疫情的扩散。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the reason of the imported dengue outbreak. Methods The epidemiological investigation for the case was carried out. Rapid antibody detection and PCR detection were processed against dengue for the serum sample. Results Patient with symptoms of dengue fever worked in Cambodia. Blood sample detection showed that dengue virus nucleic acid and IgM antibody were positive. After the epidemic occurred, Zhuji city public health emergency disposal plans for the outbreak of dengue fever was timely launched. Patient was recovered after one week＇s hospitalization treatment. After that, a mosquito eradication patriotic health campaign was carried out in patient＇s residential district. On October 24~, the breteau index of Zhuji city was two, which indicated that the city was in a safety range. All medical units in the city strengthened the detection of fever cases. As a result, in a longest latent period, no second generation case occurred, and epidemic situation was controlled. Conclusion This case was an imported dengue case. Therefore, the training of dengue fever prevention and control should be reinforced for medical staffs. Moreover, the early detection of patient was important for timely isolation treatment. In addition, strengthening external environment renovation and monitoring mosquito borne were the keys for prevent the spread of imported disease.
