抗氧化治疗老年糖尿病性骨质疏松的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抗氧化治疗老年糖尿病性骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月-2015年4月在我院接受治疗的老年糖尿病性骨质疏松患者88例，并随机分为观察组和对照组各44例，对照组给予降血糖、补钙等常规治疗，观察组在降血糖、补钙等常规治疗基础上给予抗氧化治疗，观察并比较两组患者治疗总有效率、股骨颈及腰椎L3-4的骨密度（BMD）及生化测定结果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为88．6％，对照组为75．0％，观察组明显高于对照组，P〈0．05，有统计学意义；治疗前两组患者BMD及生化指标无明显差异，治疗后均有明显改善，改善幅度观察组均明显优于对照组，P〈0．05，有统计学意义。结论抗氧化治疗老年糖尿病性骨质疏松可有效提高治疗效果，改善患者的骨密度。objective： to study the antioxidant therapy of elderly diabetic osteoporosis clinical efficacy. Selection methods： January 2014 - April 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 88 patients with senile diabetic osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the 44 cases, control group given fall blood sugar, calcium and other conventional treatment, the observation group in fall blood sugar, calcium and other conventional treatment on the basis of given oxidation treatment, observe and compare the total effective rate of two groups of patients, and femoral neck and lumbar spine bone mineral density （BMD） of L3-4 and biochemical determination results. Results： the observa- tion group of patients treatment the total effective rate was 88.6%, control group was 75.0%, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, P 〈 0.05, there is statistical significance; Two groups of patients before treatment no obvious difference was found between BMD and biochemical index, after the treatment are obviously improved, improve the observation group were significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： the antioxidant therapy of dderly diabetic osteoporosis can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve patients with bone mineral density.
