摘　　要：目的:观察经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后使用抗血栓泵预防老年冠心病患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的效果。方法:1 823例患者随机分为抗血栓泵组和对照组,两组围手术期均行抗凝治疗,术后制动8h。抗血栓泵组在制动期使用抗血栓泵。术后24h内观察并判断DVT形成情况及动脉穿刺处渗血、血肿、假性动脉瘤的形成。结果:抗血栓泵组DVT形成的发生率为0.1%(1/910例),明显低于对照组(2.5%,23/913例),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组渗血、血肿、假性动脉瘤发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:抗血栓泵是预防老年冠心病患者PCI术后DVT形成的有效辅助方法。Objective：To observe effectiveness of the response compression system,anti-thrombolism pump,on preventing deep vein thrombosis（DVT）in eldly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary artery intervention（PCI）treatment.Methods：In this study,1 823 patients undergoing PCI were involved,and they were randomly divided into two groups,i.e.control group and response compression system treatment group（observation group）.The conventional therapy and nursing care were given in both groups,including anti-coagulation treatment and limb immobilization for 8hours.In addition,the response compression system was used in the observation group.All the patients were examined with ultrasound Doppler 24 hours after PCI to look for DVT,false aneurysm,hematoma,and arterial hemorrhage at the site of puncture were observed.Results：The incidence of DVT in the control group was 2.5%（23cases）,which was significantly higher than that of the observation group（0.1%,1case;P〈0.05）.No significant difference was found in the incidence of false aneurysm,hematoma or arterial bleeding at the site of puncture between two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions：The application of response compression system as an adjuvant therapy is effective in the prevention of DVT in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
