摘　　要：农村土地流转是土地资源市场化配置的重要表现。目前,我国在农村土地流转上还存在法律制度缺乏、市场秩序失范、政策不明确等问题,这使农村土地流转市场化进程中面临着许多障碍,而解决问题的关键在于明确农村土地权利的归属,规范农村土地流转的交易行为,形成农村土地流转的市场秩序。Rural land transfer is an important manifestation of market allocation of land resources.At present,China＇s rural land transfer has various problems of lack of legal system,abnormal market order,and vague policies,etc.,which form a lot of obstacles in the process of marketization of rural land transfer.The key solution is to identify rural land ownership,regulate transactions of rural land transfer,and form the market order of rural land tranfer.
