摘 要:以新台糖22号(T22)和粤糖96-86(Y96-86)为试验材料,从环境因子、生育期和品种等方面研究了甘蔗茎流的变化规律。结果表明,在晴好天气情况下,土壤水分状况显著影响甘蔗植株茎流速率,茎流速率随水分胁迫加剧而骤减,而阴雨天气情况下土壤水分对甘蔗茎流的影响较小,日茎流总量差异不显著,利用茎流速率监测甘蔗的水分亏缺状况宜选择晴好天气下的数据。在分蘖期、伸长期和成熟期阶段,甘蔗植株茎流的变化是由小变大再变小的趋势,3个生育期内甘蔗生命的活跃度是由弱变强,再转为弱的过程。粤糖96-86对于水分胁迫较新台糖22号更敏感一些,抗旱性能相对较差。Took T22 and Y96-86 as test material, studied the change laws of sugarcane stem flow from environmental factors, growth period and variety. It turned out that in sunny weather, soil moisture conditions significantly affected sugarcane plant stem flow rate, stem flow rate increased varies with water stress, in rainy weather, the influence of soil moisture on sugarcane stem flow is smaller, the average daily total stem flow difference was not significant, by using stem flow rate monitoring sugar water deficit condition should choose good weather data. At tillering stage, elongation stage and maturity stage, the change of sugarcane plant stem flow is from small to big and small again, in three reproductive period, sugarcane activity changed from weak to strong, and again to the weak. Y96-86 was more sensitive to water stress than T22,drought resistance performance is relatively poor.
