多语种组合演讲视频教学素材库建设

摘　　要：随着国家"一带一路"战略的发展,多语种组合口译专业人才需求越来越强,人才培养的需求越来越迫切,但相关教学点经常会受制于缺乏合适的教学训练材料,尤其是缺乏包括中文在内的非通用语言素材。欧盟委员会口译司作为专业口译培训的发源地,较早尝试通过建立专业口译演讲视频素材库的方法来应对这一问题,经过长期实践检验取得了良好效果。本文在参照国际做法并总结已有经验的基础上,提出有必要深入加强专业口译系统化教学的理念,借鉴相关成功经验,按照口译专业技能渐进发展规律,建设包括中文在内的坡度性多语种视频演讲素材库,满足国际国内教学点在专业口译教学及测试中的急迫需要。本文同时提出了该素材库建设的基本原则和要求。With China＇s ＇One Belt One Road＇ strategy gaining momentum, there is growing need for professional interpreters with multi-language combination, so is the crying need for Ihe euhivation of such professionals. Finding suitable material for teaching and practice has always been a key in professional interpreter training across different language pairs. Particularly lacking is suitable material in less commonly used languages, including Chinese. DG Interpretation at the European Commission has proven, by decades of practice, that buihting speech repositories particularly tailored for interpreter training is an inspiring and full-of-potential solution. By drawing on international practices and China＇ s experience, the authors of tile present paper believe that it is of huge significance that a Multi- language Speech Repository （MSR） be built to meet the needs of trainers and trainees. Principles and requirements for buihting the MSR are also discussed.
