摘　　要：本文以学习需求理论为基础,运用产品质量功能展开(QFD)的方法,探索了学习需求导向的数字语言学习系统的质量特性,为系统的研发设计和质量改进提供有益参考。文章从目标需求和学习需求两个维度进行系统质量需求转化,得到系统基本质量特性,进而根据特性的相关性进行聚类分析,形成系统主要质量特性和质量特性需求金字塔。In this paper, based on the learning needs theory, the authors explored the quality characteristics of learning needs oriented Digital Language Learning System （DLLS） by the method of quality function deployment （QFD） ,hope to give some benefit suggestion to the research and design of DLLS . Firstly, the authors transformed the system＇ s quality need from target needs and learning needs, explored the basic quality characteristics of DLLS. Then, by making a cluster analysis according to the correlation of the basic characteristics, the authors formed the main quality characteristics and the demands pyramid of DLLS＇ quality characteristics.
