摘　　要：动态血压监测（ambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring，ABPM）是通过血压记录仪自动操作，在预定的时间点记录受检者日常生活状态下的血压，经相关的软件程序对原始数据进行分析和统计学处理后，形成图表、曲线和综合报告。ABPM能提供24h血压测量数据、波动情况及变化趋势，能全面地反映患者24h血压的动态变化，近年来已经开始在儿科广泛应用，在高血压的诊断、治疗、预后评估及随访等多方面研究中均具有重要作用。Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring（ABPM） system can record patientblood pressure of 24 h on the predetermined time. The primary datformthe graph, the curve and the general reporby operation of the related software aftethe analysiand statisticprocessing. Patientkeep daily life condition, so the blood pressure datimore accuracy. ABPM can provide the dynamichange of the patient24 h blood pressure,including the 24 h blood pressure survey data,the undulation situation and the change tendency. ABPM habecome an useful elemenin the evaluation and follow - up of hypertension in adults. And ABPM iincreasingly used to evaluate the blood pressure of children and adolescentin recenyears. The ABPM habeen shown to diffesignificantly values.
