摘　　要：位于甘肃省金塔县境内的肩水塞,是汉代"居延塞"防御体系的重要组成部分,历史上,它不仅是居延汉塞中最为重要和关键的军事防御体系,也是居延汉塞赖以存在的重要的屯戍生活区。由于其地处要冲,布防严密,是汉代军事防御体系建设的典范。它是我国汉代这一地区政治、经济、文化、中西交通、民族关系的实物见证,特别是研究汉代军事部署与军事措施的第一手资料,其历史研究价值不言而喻。The Jianshui Fortress, which is located in Jinta County, Gansu province, was an important part of the defense system of the Juyan fortresses in the Han dynasty. Historically, it was not only the most important and strategic defense site of the Han dynasty fortresses at Juyan, but also an important garrison and living quarter on which the Han dynasty fortresses depended. With a strategic position and tight defenses, it was a gem of the Han dynasty military defense system and provides invaluable material for studying Han dynasty military deployment and military procedures. The Jianshui Fortress further bears direct witness to the politics, economy, culture, Sino-Western communication, and minority relations of the Han dynasty.
