摘　　要：文章介绍了针对某车型怠速开空调时变速器内部产生的异响进行的研究,包括故障分析、数据测试、原因分析、方案制定、对比测试等,最终通过对离合器从动盘预减震刚度系数进行调整,解决了异响问题。This paper introduces the research on abnormal noise generated inside a vehicle transmission when the air conditioning idle is carried out, including the failure analysis, test data, CAE simulation, cause analysis, plan formulation, comparison test and so on, finally through the damping coefficient of clutch driven plate adjustment, solves the problem of the abnormal sound.
