摘 要:在我国经济发展进入新常态背景下,本文从租金理论的视角探讨物流企业如何从"为顾客创造价值"向"为供应链成员创造价值"转变,分析物流企业从传统的与客户"双边"互动,转向与供应链成员"多边"合作的价值创造机理。研究发现:物流企业通过与供应链成员多边合作产生供应链协同,使供应链成员间互补性资源的配置和使用得以优化而获得彭罗斯租金;整个供应链市场垄断能力的提升而获得张伯伦租;通过多边合作过程中的知识传递与知识创造使整个供应链价值增值而获取熊彼特租;物流企业通过在供应链上进行关系专用性资产的投资,建立与供应链成员更加紧密的相互信任关系而获得关系租金。China′s economic development has entered a new normal.In this paper, we proposed the research proposition that how logistics companies transferred from“add value to the customer” to“create value to the supply chain members”, and used the rent theory to study the value creation mechanism in depth on the logistics companies from traditional“bilater-al” interactive with customers to“multilateral” cooperation with supply chain members.This study found that it can pro-duce supply chain collaboration through the logistics companies′multilateral cooperation with supply chain members;the en-tire supply chain can obtain“Penrose Rent” through configuring and using optimized complementary resources;it also can obtain“Chamberlin Rent” through enhancing the entire supply chain′s monopoly ability and get “Schumpeter Rent”through multilateral cooperation with supply chain members in the process of knowledge transfer and knowledge creation;logistics companies and supply chain members get more and more closer mutual trust relationship through the logistics com-panies invested the relational specific assets in the supply chain and then they get “Relationship Rent”.
