摘 要:氧泵壳体为涡壳体铸件,形状复杂,壁厚差较大,铸造凝固过程中易出现疏松缩孔等缺陷,铸造难度较大。为了缩短试制周期,节约生产成本,优化工艺方案,采用Pro CAST软件对该铸件的充型、凝固过程进行了模拟分析,并对疏松缩孔缺陷进行了预测,优化了浇注工艺参数。结果表明,铸件充型平稳,实现了顺序凝固,疏松缺陷较少。确定了浇注温度1 450℃、型温850℃的浇注工艺,并通过试验证明了模拟计算的正确性,浇注出的铸件冶金质量满足技术条件要求。Due to the complicated structure of oxygen pump case-volute and its great discrepancy of wall thickness, shrinkage porosity easily occurs in the process of casting, so it is very hard to produce. In order to shorten the developing cycle, economize the production cost, optimize pouring technology parameters, the mold filling and solidification process of volute are simulated by ProCAST. In addition, shrinkage defects in volute are forecasted, The optimized casting parameters are acquired by the numerical simulation. The result reveals that the filling mold of volute casting is rapid and smooth, and then the progressive solidification is realized, the casting has few casting defects. The c, asting parameter with shell temperature 850 ℃ and pouring temperature 1 450 ℃ is determined. The simulation result is validated by experiment, and the trial-produced volute castings have desirable metallurgical oualitv end entirely meet some soecific technoloaical requirements.
