摘  要:通过用酮醛缩合物改性酯固化碱性酚醛树脂,试图提高碱性酚醛树脂砂性能与降低碱性酚醛树脂生产成本。借助红外光谱分析该缩合物结构,探讨其反应机理,并考察合成工艺条件对改性碱性酚醛树脂性能影响,得出最佳缩合物与改性碱性酚醛树脂合成工艺条件:先合成酮醛缩合物,然后按二步法合成碱性酚醛树脂工艺;酮与醛摩尔比1:2;反应pH:10~11;酮与苯酚摩尔tto.05~0.25:1。Ester-curing alkaline phenolic resin was modified with acetone-formaldehyde condensate in this paper, which attempts to improve the performance and to reduce the cost of alkaline phenolic resin. The structure of acetone-formaldehyde condensate was analyzed by mean oflR spectrum, and then the mechanism of reaction acetone with formaldehyce was investigated. Based on the study on the performance of alkaline phenolic resin, the optimum synthesis conditions of acetone-formaldehyde condensate and modified alkaline phenolic resin are as follows: firstly the condensation reaction between acetone with formaldehyde was made; secondly, the synthesis of modified alkaline phenolic resin by the two-step process was done; the molar ratio between acetone and aldehyde is 1: 2; the pH value of condensate reaction is 10-11; the molar ratio between ohenol and acetone is 1: 0.05-0.25.
