涂碳型PVC膜盐酸氯丙那林离子选择电极的研制与应用

摘　　要：报道了一种检测盐酸氯丙那林的新方法。以盐酸氯丙那林和四苯硼钠的缔合物为电活性物制备了涂碳型PVC膜盐酸氯丙那林离子选择电极,建立了电位分析法对盐酸氯丙那林进行测定。电极的线性响应范围为1.0×10-1-1.0×10-5mol/L,线性回归方程为E=-54.3pc＋472.9,检出限为3.72×10-6mol/L。用该电极测定猪饲料中盐酸氯丙那林的含量,结果与液相色谱-串联质谱法一致。A novel method for the determination of clorprenaline hydrochloride is reported in this paper. A coated carbon PVC membrane clorprenaline hydrochloride ion selective electrode based on clorprenaline hydrochloride and tetraphenylboron sodium association complex used as the electroactive materials was prepared. Then the potential analysis method was constructed to detect clorprenaline hydrochloride. The linear range of electrode response for clorprenaline hydrochloride was 1.0 ×10 -1 to 1.0×10 -5 tooL/L, the linear equation was E = -54. 3pc ＋ 472.9 with the detection limit of 3.72× 10-6 mol/L. When the electrode was applied in the determination of elorprenaline hydroehloride in pig feeds, the detection results agreed with those determined by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method.
