摘  要:建立了固相萃取-气相色谱质谱质谱法测定水质中16种多环芳烃的方法,考察了进样口温度及离子源温度,确定了色谱及质谱条件,优化了萃取过程的有机改进剂加入量和萃取流速等;经条件优化后,本方法所测16种目标化合物的标准曲线相关系数均在0.995以上;当使用1.0 L的水样时,各目标化合物的方法检出限在0.18~1.32 ng/L之间,3种高低不同浓度空白水样的加标回收率在71.5%~102%之间,精密度均小于15%。经4种不同来源的实际水样的测定,16种目标化合物实际样品加标回收率均在70%~110%之间。An analytical method based on gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was developed to quantify the concentrations of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in water. To gain the optimal conditions, various parameters including gas chromatograph injection port temperature, ion source temperature, organic modifier dosage and extraction flow rate were investigated. Under the optimal condition, calibration curves of 16 PAHs with the correlation coefficients of higher than 0. 995 were obtained. In 1.0 L of water sample, the limit of detection for 16 PAHs was 0. 18 - 1.32 ng/L, and the recoveries of 16 PAHs in blank samples with three different thicknesses were ranging from 71.5% to 102% , with the accuracy of less than 15%. Furthermore, four water samples from different sources were also inspected, and the recoveries of 16 PAHs fell between 70% and 110% in all samples. Consequently, we envision that the proposed method can satisfy the requirement for practical analysis of PAHs in water.
