摘 要:在半导体制冷片上集成化学镀金电极,制备了冷热两用电极。该电极可以利用便携电池在低温和高温之间控制电极表面温度。在高温下该电极可以提高检测灵敏度,而在低温下则可以保护热不稳定物质如酶等,从而延长酶修饰电极的使用寿命。该电极在PCR扩增、免疫传感器、现场光谱检测等方面具有广泛的应用前景。The preparation of cold-hot dual purpose electrodes by integrating gold-coated electrode on the semiconductor retrigeration slice was described in this paper. The surface temperature of the electrode could be simply controlled between low and high temperature by a portable battery. At high temperatures the electrode can improve the detection sensitivity, while at low temperatures it can protect the thermo-unstable substances such as enzymes so as to prolong the service life of the enzyme modified electrode. Thanks to its less energy consumption, portability and two-way temperature control, as well as integration of two controllable factors, temperature and electrochemical, this electrode has a wide application in the aspects of PCR amplification, immunosensor, and field spectral detection.
