强腰益肾汤联合三维正脊牵引及骶疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨强腰益肾汤联合三维正脊牵引及骶疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法将120例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为4组各40例:治疗组采用强腰益肾汤+骶管冲击疗法+三维正脊牵引治疗,对照1组采用骶管冲击疗法+三维正脊牵引治疗,对照2组采用强腰益肾汤+三维正脊牵引治疗,对照3组采用强腰益肾汤+骶管冲击疗法治疗。比较各组治疗效果。结果治疗组治愈率及总有效率均明显优于各对照组(P均<0.05)。4组均出现较少不良反应,组间比较差异无统计学意义。结论强腰益肾汤联合三维正脊牵引及骶疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症能有效改善临床症状,远期疗效良好。Objective It is to explore the effect of Qiangyao Yishen decoction combined with three-dimensional traction and sacral canal injection therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 120 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH） were randomly divided into 4 groups： each group had 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with Qiangyao Yishen decoction combined with three-dimensional traction and sacral canal injection therapy, control group I was treated with three- dimensional traction and sacral canal injection therapy, control group I with Qiangyao Yishen decoction combined with three- dimensional traction, control group m with Qiangyao Yishen decoction combined with sacral canal injection therapy. The cura- tive effect among the four groups were compared. Results The curing rate and total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the other groups （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. A few side effects were found in all the groups, but there was no significant difference compared with each other. Conclusion Triple therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with LDH, and its long-term effect is good.
