摘  要:本文探讨了加水量、酸的组成、最高炼制温度及剪切时间对复合锂基润滑脂性能的影响。结果表明,当加水量为碱量的两倍,12-羟基硬脂酸与癸二酸的物质的量比为0.5,最高炼制温度为210℃,剪切时间为15min的润滑脂性能优异、能耗低、生产效率高。The production formula, condition and technology of preparing lithium complex grease had been comprehensively discussed in this paper. The study shows that the optimum process is that the water addition is two times of the alkali, the molar ratio of 12 - hydroxystearic acid to sebaeic acid is at best 0.5, the highest refining temperature is 210 ℃ and the shearing process time for 15minutes, the grease has the advantages of excellent performance, low energy consumption and high efficiency.
